ppWe are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan).
This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making.
The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance.
/p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liCoordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs) /li liEnsure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across /li liand operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /li liDevelop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making /li liMonitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews,
and continuous improvement initiatives /li liAnalyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /li liDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity /li liBuild strong relationships with logistics providers and participate in regular operational review meetings /li liCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other key stakeholders to optimize logistics processes /li liSupport compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience /li liAt least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments /li liExperience gained within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making /li liProven experience in reporting, performance analysis, and KPI management /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
