ResponsabilitàDefine and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes
Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs
Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production)
to ensure feasibility and compliance
Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies
Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
