ResponsabilitàLead consulting initiatives and drive engagements to close opportunities with clients
Engage with internal teams in strategic and planning discussions
Serve as main client contact for inquiries and project delivery
Manage multiple priorities across workstreams and projects
Transform problems into proposals with leadership guidance
Develop frameworks, approaches, and recommendations to address opportunities
Build solutions and insights to help clients grow portfolios and engagement
Collaborate cross-functionally across marketing,
sales, risk, and innovation
Produce analyses and recommendations to improve client performance and mentor client priorities
Perform client-specific portfolio analysis using proprietary data (demographics, activity, spend, behavioral scores, financials)
Requisiti fondamentaliProblem solving with ROI focus
Understanding of card issuers' P&L; and profitability drivers (plus)
Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
Strong team orientation and ability to work in a matrixed organization
Self-motivated, results oriented, able to handle multiple projects
Experience in large consulting firms or corporate strategy
Proficiency with financial indicators to assess business performance (ROI)
Ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
