ABOUT EXPERIMENTAL ROMA
Opening in mid-2026 on Via Ludovisi, just off the legendary Via Veneto, Experimental Roma will be a vibrant and cinematic new destination from Experimental.
Housed in a former bank, the hotel has been transformed by interior designer Rodolphe Parente into a space that embodies the essence of la dolce vita : elegant, timeless, and irresistibly Italian.
The property will feature 82 rooms, a restaurant, a bar, and a spectacular rooftop with a suspended pool offering breathtaking views over the magnificent cityscape of Rome.

ABOUT THE JOB
In collaboration with the Host/Hostess, you will support the guest experience and ensure a warm and professional welcome. As a Junior Host/Hostess, your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm and personalized first impression.
- Assisting the Host/Hostess with guest arrivals, seating, and guest flow throughout the service.
- Supporting the organization of the seating plan according to service flow and guest volume.
- Assisting with reservation requests by phone and email.
- Providing information to guests and ensuring their requests are handled with care.
- Contributing to delivering an excellent guest experience in collaboration with the restaurant team.
ABOUT YOU
- A first experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passionate about guest experience and delivering high-quality service.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- You communicate easily in Italian (knowledge of English is a plus).
