OverviewAs Reliability Engineer in Food Enterprise, you improve mechanical asset reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance.
You will define criticality, monitor health data, and drive reliability improvements while ensuring EHS and Food Safety standards.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical improvements and support investment and replacement initiatives.
This role offers exposure to a fast-paced, international environment and meaningful impact on product quality and plant performance.
You will help shape a culture of Reliability Excellence and continuous improvement.

ResponsabilitàDefine and update the equipment criticality matrix
Implement and monitor Equipment Reliability Strategies




Coordinate predictive maintenance and failure analysis (RCFA, RCM)
Support investment projects and equipment replacement initiatives
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for technical improvements
Monitor reliability KPIs and Asset Health data
Promote continuous improvement tools and methodologies
Apply and support reliability tools such as RCA, 5 Whys, 5S, and eMOC
Provide on-call availability for maintenance emergencies
Other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
