Job Description
Constance Ephelia, a luxurious resort in Seychelles, is seeking a dedicated Villa Host with Russian/Italian language skills to join our esteemed team.
As a Villa Host, you will be the primary point of contact for our discerning Russian-speaking guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
JOB SUMMARY:
Welcome and assist Russian/Italian speaking guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional greeting
Conduct personalised villa orientations, explaining amenities and services available
Anticipate and fulfil guest needs throughout their stay, acting as their dedicated liaison
Coordinate and book various services such as dining reservations, spa treatments, and excursions
Resolve guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction
Maintain detailed guest profiles and preferences for future reference
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Promote resort facilities and services to maximise guest experience and revenue
Assist with check-out procedures and farewell guests in a courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the villa area
Qualifications
Fluency in Russian/Italian and English, additional languages are an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
Previous experience in hospitality or luxury service industry is preferred
Degree or diploma in hospitality management is desirable
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and guest information
Knowledge of Seychelles culture and attractions is advantageous
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
