ph3Job Summary /h3pThe open position is for a sales support role for the sales team Regional Account.
You will support the Sales Director and Key Account Managers and be an internal point of contact for all business topics linked to the Key Accounts in Italy.
You will manage our business administration and be the point of contact for different divisions (RD, procurement, supply chain, logistics, etc.) at the customer side, striving for quick, correct and reliable responses to their needs.
The role is based in Milano's office.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the continued growth of the Italian Key Accounts, contributing to the commercial success: volume, margin/mt, absolute margin, overdues%, cocoa powder sales, etc.
/liliPrepare for customer visits or negotiation meetings: collaborate on presentations, prepare practicalities, gather and analyse information on prices, raw materials, logistics solutions.
/liliFollow up on customer administration proactively: manage contracts, check balances, reach out to customers about order uncertainties.
/liliStrive to increase revenue and profitability through a customer?focused approach, deep knowledge of the key accounts and Barry Callebaut, and a preference for figures.
/li /ulh3Additional Considerations /h3ulliWilling to travel from time to time (max 5%) if required for customer meetings.
/li /ulh3Market Context /h3pAs sales support for the Italian Key Accounts, you will handle A?level customers with high visibility across divisions.

/ph3Essential Experience Knowledge /h3ulliMinimum bachelor degree,
preferably in commercial engineering or applied economics.
/liliItalian native language and excellent knowledge of English.
/liliAdvanced knowledge of Word and Excel required.
/liliSAP user experience a plus.
/liliTeam player with analytical mindset and strong commercial attitude.
/liliDetermined to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment.
/liliFirst experience in a commercial B2B environment and understanding of commodity markets (cocoa, sugar, dairy, nuts, fats oils) a plus.
