ph3IT In-store Application Specialist /h3 pFor our Worldwide Information Technology Transformation Function, we are looking for a curious and solution-oriented IT In-store Application Specialist to join the IT Client Facing Applications team, based at our HQ in Milan.
/p h3Your Impact /h3 pWithin the omnichannel retail environment, the In-Store Application Specialist will contribute to technical governance, application evolution, and operational continuity of the solutions used at Moncler and Stone Island boutiques, combining solid technical expertise with a strong focus on the in-store user experience.
/p h3In Particular, The Resource Will Be Responsible For /h3 ul liManage the implementation, maintenance, and evolution of clienteling and retail applications for Moncler and Stone Island boutiques; /li liMonitor mobile and omnichannel solutions (web, native, and React Native), ensuring quality and operational continuity; /li liProvide second-level technical support to the Retail network, troubleshooting application and operational issues; /li liIdentify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to the application evolution roadmap; /li liCoordinate technology partners across requirements definition, development, testing, and release activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery; /li liSupport application configuration, development, evolutionary maintenance, and code analysis in collaboration with internal and external teams; /li liSupport store users in resolving issues and promoting operational best practices.
/li /ul h3Qualification /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Engineering,
Information Technology, or a related field; /li liStrong analytical, technical troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills; /li liKnowledge of web and mobile applications, system integrations, and REST APIs; /li liExperience with relational databases and SQL, with knowledge of NoSQL databases and data management paradigms; /li liAbility to analyze and work with XML and JSON data structures and payloads; /li liKnowledge of cloud-based solutions and platforms; /li liSoftware development skills, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, or React Native, and the ability to read and modify existing code; /li liExperience in Application Management Services (AMS) and/or project management, preferably in the Retail sector.
