Zenith Global performs all roles and activities connected with a securitisation transaction, from the incorporation of special purpose vehicles (SPVs) and their administrative, accounting and corporate management, to cash and payment services, as well as Master Servicing, Back-up Servicing, credit portfolio management, regulatory activities and structuring services.

To strengthen its Organization & Special Projects team, Zenith Global is seeking a Business Analyst who will report directly to the Head of Organization & Special Projects and contribute to the continued development of the Function and the consolidation of the key areas of responsibility outlined below.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and continuously improve business processes related to the procurement of company assets (IT equipment and telecommunications) and the delivery of support services.
- Coordinate and oversee procurement and service contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies, internal procedures, and organizational standards.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including document administration, renewal tracking, and invoice processing.
- Coordinate the management of the company vehicle fleet and related operational activities.
- Support the review, update, and implementation of company policies and procedures, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure their effectiveness and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to improve organizational efficiency by analyzing operational workflows and recommending process improvements.
- Prepare regular reports and performance analyses to support process monitoring, operational effectiveness, and organizational compliance.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma.
- Solid understanding of organizational processes and cross-functional business operations.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in operational analysis and document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple activities, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
