Translate insights into learning solutions and develop workshops based on project outcomes
Improve existing trainings and propose new formats with focus on practical application and behaviour change
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree
Fluent Italian and English (required for training delivery)
Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development
Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels
Resilience and confidence in uncertain or resistant environments
Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
Empathy balanced with a results-oriented mindset
