ResponsabilitàDevelop and maintain full-stack solutions with contemporary frontend and backend stacks
Own projects end-to-end from inception to delivery, taking responsibility for scope and quality
Collaborate with design, product, and client teams to ensure seamless integration

Propose technologies, improvements, and best practices; contribute to internal guidelines
Contribute to automated testing and CI/CD processes
Support and mentor colleagues when needed
Engage with customers directly to align solutions with requirements
Requisiti fondamentaliProven passion for writing software
Proficiency in at least one frontend stack and one backend stack (e.g., React.js with Node.js or React.js with Java)
Experience with frameworks such as Next.js, Express.js, SpringBoot or Quarkus
Knowledge of CI/CD automation
Solid grounding in relational and NoSQL databases, design patterns and OOP
Experience in automated testing
Proficient in English (spoken and written)
Team collaboration and cross-functional communication
