ResponsabilitàLead multiple project teams in end-to-end design, development, testing, and integration of complex software products
Manage relationships with internal and outsourced partners for software design and delivery
Review designs and activities for compliance with standards and provide actionable feedback
Provide domain-specific leadership and contribute to cross-organization initiatives
Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into projects and guide mentoring of less-experienced staff
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
Typically 6-10 years of experience
Experience designing and developing backend or distributed software systems
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong knowledge of backend software development languages
Solid Linux experience and networking fundamentals
Good understanding of IP networking (Layer 2/3)
Experience with Git and issue-tracking systems
Experience with software testing, debugging, and troubleshooting methodologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
