This positions will be site-based in Milan, Italy.
/ppWe are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our mechanical team.
The Mechanical Engineer will oversee technical project delivery including reviewing tender documentation, selection of plant and materials and submittals, coordination of the services, and oversight of the production of coordinated drawings.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliManage relevant client communications /liliDesign management /liliCoordinate work with contractors to ensure services fit together /liliPrepare method statements and risk assessments for construction activities /liliComplete all HVAC deliverables within a project and safety criteria /liliCommunicate with project team to sequence installation of pipework to meet scheduled dates /liliAssess and manage the project commercially to validate the project on handover from estimating,
and proceed through to full technical procurement of all equipment, specialist sub-contractors and suppliers /liliAssist with the management of the project installation works to ensure a consistent high standard of site works and manage the programme through to final commissioning and handover /liliAssist with documenting and costing of changes to the work scopes and preparation of the monthly valuations and final account /li /ululliPrevious experience in a similar role, within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment is essential /liliDesign management experience is essential /liliBachelors' degree in Engineering or similar /liliExcellent organisation, communication, and time management skills /liliProficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Project /li /ululliWork with a market leader delivering turnkey data centre projects across Europe /liliCompetitive Salary package /liliWorking within a collaborative team environment /liliSupportive career development /liliOption of rotational roster /li /ulpbWinthrop Technologies Ltd is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
