Store Manager , you'll combine a strong commercial mindset with warm, inspiring leadership, creating a space where both customers and the team feel connected, motivated and part of the company.

What you'll do
Sales & Customer Experience
Lead the team to achieve and exceed sales targets while always protecting the quality of the customer experience.
Analyse key KPIs such as sales, conversion, average basket and individual performance, turning insights into clear actions.
Build genuine customer relationships and encourage loyalty through thoughtful, personal service.
Team Leadership
Inspire, coach and support your team to perform at their best and grow within their roles.
Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback and celebrate both individual and team achievements.
Organise schedules, shifts, holidays and daily priorities to ensure the store runs smoothly.
Store Operations
Oversee stock management, replenishment and back-of-house organisation.
Manage returns, exchanges and online orders,
ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Guarantee that internal processes, documentation and operational standards are followed consistently.
Anticipate challenges and solve them with a practical, proactive and positive mindset.
Strategy & Collaboration
Share valuable insights from customers, the team and store performance to help improve the business.
Identify opportunities to enhance sales, operations and the overall customer experience.
