/ppbr/ppbr/ppbABOUT THE ROLE – Offshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead /b /ppbr/ppFor an important international bOffshore Oil Gas /b project, we are looking for an experienced bOffshore Hook-Up Commissioning Lead /b to oversee the offshore installation, hook-up and commissioning activities of bSingle Point Terminal (SPT) /b systems.
/ppReporting directly to the bJPT Project Commissioning Manager /b, the successful candidate will lead commissioning operations, ensuring that all mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and marine systems are safely installed, tested and commissioned in accordance with project specifications, HSE requirements and operational standards.
/ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliPlan, coordinate and execute offshore hook-up and commissioning activities for bSingle Point Terminal (SPT) /b systems, including: /liliCALM Buoys; /liliTurret Systems; /liliHose Systems; /liliPipeline End Manifolds (PLEMs).
/liliEnsure the operational readiness of: /liliMooring Systems; /liliFlexible Hoses; /liliRisers; /liliProduct Transfer Systems; /liliMarine Loading Equipment; /liliQuick Release Hooks.
/liliCoordinate installation interfaces between subsea facilities, PLEMs, risers and topside SPT systems.
/liliSupervise and perform: /liliMechanical Completion; /liliPre-Commissioning Activities; /liliPressure Testing; /liliLeak Testing; /liliFunctional Testing.
/liliVerify that all systems are installed, commissioned and fully compliant with project specifications prior to start-up.
/liliOversee system energization and integration of: /liliSCADA Systems; /liliTelemetry Systems; /liliEmergency Shutdown (ESD); /liliFire Gas (FG) Systems.
/liliLead multidisciplinary commissioning teams,
vendors and subcontractors during offshore operations.
/liliReview and validate commissioning documentation, including: /liliPunch Lists; /liliRed-Line Drawings; /liliAs-Built Documentation; /liliCommissioning Dossiers.
/liliCoordinate with marine teams to ensure correct buoy positioning, mooring integrity and offshore terminal stability.
/liliWork closely with HSE personnel to ensure full compliance with: /liliPermit to Work (PTW); /liliMarine Safety Procedures; /liliSIMOPS Requirements.
/liliSupport offshore start-up activities, performance testing and operational readiness for crude or product loading.
/li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: /liliMechanical Engineering; /liliElectrical Engineering; /liliInstrumentation Engineering; /liliAutomation Engineering; /liliProcess Engineering.
/liliMinimum b12 years of professional experience /b in Offshore Oil Gas after graduation.
/liliProven experience leading hook-up and commissioning activities for offshore marine terminals, SPM/SPT facilities or similar offshore loading infrastructure.
/liliStrong knowledge of offshore marine terminal systems and crude/product loading facilities.
/liliAbility to read and interpret: /liliPIDs; /liliPFDs; /liliHook-Up Drawings; /liliVendor Documentation.
/liliExperience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in offshore environments.
/liliGood understanding of: /liliOffshore Logistics; /liliVessel Coordination; /liliSIMOPS; /liliCommissioning Methodologies.
/liliStrong commitment to HSE, quality standards and documentation control.
/liliExcellent written and spoken English.

/ppThe final compensation package will be determined based on technical expertise, relevant professional experience, level of autonomy in managing project activities, and the outcome of the selection process, following objective, transparent, and merit-based criteria.
/ppFor candidates with exceptional qualifications or highly specialized expertise that significantly exceed the role requirements, an enhanced compensation package may be considered, subject to internal approval.
