ResponsabilitàDelegate and monitor service tasks, guiding the team to meet objectives and sales targets
Handle customer complaints promptly to preserve relationships and repeat business
Assist with administrative tasks such as invoices, orders, and inventory tracking
Audit service delivery to ensure high standards, efficiency, and productivity
Maintain relationships with manufacturers, dealers, and sales reps
Train new employees on company procedures
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and standards and stay updated on new materials, tools, and processes
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in electronics
Italian as primary language; English considered a plus
3–4 years of field service experience in automation or related electrical/electronic devices
Previous management experience advantageous
Strong industry knowledge with excellent leadership and communication
Computer literacy and strong organizational skills
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
