Overview
In this role you will act as Subject Matter Expert for EU CF process paths, driving end-to-end standards in planning and execution. You will translate data and performance metrics into action plans for senior leadership, and lead cross-site improvement initiatives to reduce cost and increase efficiency. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced analytics (AI) to identify risks and optimize network performance. You will mentor SSMEs and collaborate with global teams to implement standards and best practices, often traveling to Best-in-Class sites. This role offers exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives within a high-ambiguity environment and direct impact on network optimization.
Responsabilità
- Analyze network data and performance to identify bottlenecks and benchmarks, and present action plans to senior leadership
- Use data to forecast long-term risks, make strategic trade-offs, and drive resolution of complex problems
- Leverage AI and analytics tools to generate granular insights and reduce cognitive load for operations
- Lead high-impact Continuous Improvement initiatives (Kaizens/Kaikaku) autonomously
- Mentor and develop SSMEs in operational excellence and Lean methodologies
- Develop and implement strategies to boost network efficiency and reduce costs via Lean and Six Sigma
- Lead EU projects coordinating multiple sites and implement innovative network optimization solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end standards and drive network-wide improvements
- Travel to Best-in-Class sites to capture best practices, approve standards, and provide on-site support
Requisiti fondamentali
- Experience managing teams or in an operational role
- Fluent English (C1+ in speaking, writing, reading)
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in logistics
- Strong ownership and accountability
