ResponsabilitàDevelop and align navigation system architectures with project goals
Lead and mentor engineering teams through collaborative co-engineering approaches
Engage with customers to capture needs and translate them into workable solutions
Apply Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools and MBSE to system development
Support Integration, Verification,
Validation and Qualification activities and agile workflows
Contextualize technical work within political, economic, social, legal and environmental factors
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Engineering (or related field) with significant experience in architecture and engineering systems
Strong leadership, initiative, and ability to drive teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience with customer engagement and co-engineering environments
Familiarity with MBSE and modeling tools; experience in design, simulation and validation workflows
