Identify and address clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption
Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches
Develop scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization for regional growth
Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools and value narratives
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets and governance across portfolio workstreams
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in relevant field
7 to 10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare/medical devices
Proven experience launching products or driving therapy adoption
Strong ability to translate complex clinical/technical information into customer value
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
