OverviewAs an AI and Data Technical Architect, you will lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade data and AI architectures centered on Salesforce D360 and the Agentforce platform.
You will guide customers through complex integrations, collaborating with sales and product teams to maximize platform value.
You'll shape best practices in generative AI, agent interoperability, and data integration across hyperscalers and governance frameworks.
This is a high-impact, hands-on technical leadership role at the heart of Salesforce's AI-driven transformation.

ResponsabilitàLead pre-sales technical design by assessing customer needs and recommending Agentforce-aligned solutions
Shape best practices for generative AI, agent interoperability, prompt engineering, Data Cloud, and cross-platform integrations
Collaborate with AEs and SEs to build hands-on prototypes and demos using Agentforce and external agents
Develop thought leadership content (demo templates, whitepapers, enablement sessions) on agent lifecycle and integration strategy
Act as a central technical knowledge resource, enabling specialist teams and documenting best practices
Map and integrate external agents from hyperscalers (e.g. Copilot, Gemini) into Agentforce via open standards (MCP, A2A)
Configure chat and background agents with Agentforce Studio and Agent Builder; integrate with hyperscaler channels via APIs
Lead prompt design, testing, monitoring, and lifecycle strategy for agent lifecycle best practices
Create quick prototypes (<2 weeks)
demonstrating Agentforce integration with external agents
Facilitate pre-sales workshops and deep-dive sessions for customers and internal teams
Advise on Data Cloud (D360), CRM, MuleSoft APIs, and external endpoints ensuring cohesive, compliant architectures
Assist in early value engagements post-sale by tuning agents and guiding self-sufficient enablement
Oversee data modeling, identity resolution, real-time vs. batch patterns, data graph design, and activation within D360
Create and manage accessible technical documentation, knowledge bases, and FAQs to empower teams
Requisiti fondamentali7+ years designing and delivering data, analytics, and AI architectures in enterprise environments
Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability
Proven track record in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development
Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI) and ability to communicate value to diverse audiences
Deep expertise in modern cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift) and data ingestion patterns (batch, streaming, CDC)
Proficiency in programming (JavaScript, Python, SQL, R) and data frameworks like pandas or Jupyter
Excellent communication in Italian and English, with strong presentation skills
