OverviewIn this role you will own accounting integrity, financial reporting, and compliance for a multinational entity within EF.
You'll collaborate with shared service centers and central finance teams across countries to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and robust controls.
You will lead forecasting, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, and support business leaders to align activities with accounting and regulatory requirements.
This is a high-impact, international role focused on governance, transformation, and financial enablement for fast-paced decision-making.
ResponsabilitàAccountability for legal entity accounting, GL, AP/AR, intercompany, and treasury for complex multi-entity structures
Ensure completeness, accuracy, existence, and timeliness of financial records and statements in partnership with SSCs
Review and explain financial results, variances, and key judgments
Lead entity-level forecasting and monitor actuals vs projections
Own the legal entity control environment and ensure regulatory compliance
Identify and escalate accounting, compliance, and financial risks
Coordinate external audits and manage statutory and internal audits
Oversee tax, VAT, and regulatory filings including transfer pricing
Support business leaders and FP&A; in capturing activities,
contracts, and transactions
Drive process excellence, continuous improvement, and control Weakness remediation
Coach and manage an international team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
Support Board preparation with statutory disclosures
Assist governance and regulatory matters related to entities
Requisiti fondamentali8+ years of accounting experience in multinational environments
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Italian statutory and tax requirements
Fluent in Italian and English
Experience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP is an advantage
