Within the Automation business area, we are looking for an electrical designer for our Genoa office.
This person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Develop technical system documentation aimed at enabling detailed engineering
- Collaborate with other design teams (mechanical, software, etc.) and with production technicians to ensure integration between disciplines and process optimization
- Select appropriate electrical/electronic components to meet project requirements and current regulations
- Follow project progress through all phases, from preliminary study to commissioning
Educational Qualification
- Technical diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent disciplines
Required Experience Level (junior, expert, senior, master)
- Expert: 3 to 5 years of experience
- Senior: 5 to 10 years of experience
Technical/IT Skills
- Proven experience in electrical design for industrial automation systems.
- Good knowledge of technical and safety regulations in the sector (e.g., CEI EN 60204-1).
- Knowledge and use of specific CAD software such as Eplan and/or Revit is considered a strong plus.
- Knowledge and use of electrical design software such as CANECO or AMPERE is considered a strong plus
Behavioral Skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Ability to manage assigned activities independently
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Language Skills
- English (B1)
