ResponsabilitàOversee supplier qualification processes and maintain ongoing compliance with standards
Lead supplier development projects with on-site teams
Utilize quality management tools to monitor quality, delivery, cost, and compliance metrics
Ensure consistent process and product controls across ABB units and LSOs
Address quality, delivery, or non-conformity issues promptly
Promote early supplier involvement in product development to capture innovations and drive improvements
Requisiti fondamentali10+ years in Quality Management within EMS industry
Deep IPC Standard knowledge; IPC-A-610/IPC-A-620 training a plus
Proven cross-functional and cross-site quality management experience with RCA, CAPA, and KPI-driven performance
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Strong communication and stakeholder management, with ability to align global teams
