The team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools. The team also supports business stakeholders in defining the data strategy to identify the key use cases that deliver value to the company, in line with strategic objectives and business needs. /p pWithin the Data Analytics team, the Data Analytics Manager – Finance and Support Functions Domains is responsible for ensuring that finance data and analytics effectively support financial performance management, decision-making, and value creation. This is a business-driven role that focuses on data governance, ownership of finance and support functions data products, and close partnership with function leadership, acting as the bridge between the Finance/Support Functions and Data Platform technical teams.
