ResponsabilitàOversee maintenance schedules and repairs
Recommend and implement equipment enhancements to improve availability and yield
Collect and analyze equipment data, report results
Perform preventive and unscheduled maintenance analyses
Troubleshoot complex equipment problems
Procure replacement parts and tools for manufacturing
Assist with design/fabrication of equipment; install and train colleagues
Enforce safety practices and PPE usage; ensure guards and safety features are functional
Set day-to-day objectives for the maintenance team
Perform other duties as assigned
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor (or equivalent) and 4-8 years of relevant experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical/electronic, instrumentation, and computer systems
Experience assembling/disassembling equipment
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems
Excellent project management and planning skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
