This role involves overseeing data collection, validation, and annotation processes to ensure high-quality training datasets for AI models.
The position requires managing teams of human annotators and coordinating with technical stakeholders to align data standards with project objectives.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement data annotation guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy across datasets.Lead and mentor a team of human annotators, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements for AI model training and evaluation.Monitor data annotation workflows for efficiency, scalability,
