OverviewIn this role you provide post-production support for SAP Vistex, combining functional and technical skills to troubleshoot, configure modules, and implement changes.
You work on end-to-end delivery and hypercare, supporting business continuity across customer environments.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver enhancements.
The position offers impact by improving revenue-related processes and ensuring stable operation across time zones.
ResponsabilitàProvide L2/L3 post-production support for Vistex applications
Gather and analyze client requirements for SAP Vistex components
Configure Vistex modules and conduct multi-scenario testing
Contribute to end-to-end delivery including design, go-live, and hypercare

Prepare solution documents such as functional specs and user guides
Support integration with SAP SD
Identify enhancement opportunities for clients
Requisiti fondamentali7 years SAP experience
Familiarity with SAP SD, pricing, and rebate management processes
Ability to independently execute configuration and resolve issues
