We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented After Sales Analyst to join our team.
This position offers the opportunity to work in an international automotive environment, collaborating with engineering, product management, pricing, and after-sales teams to support strategic service programs.
Responsabilities
- Collect, consolidate, and manage After Sales data like service contract, repair methods, diagnostics etc.
- Analyze after-sales performance data and customer service information to identify trends and offer technical support.
- Develop dashboards and reports to support management decisions.
- Monitor warranty claims, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer retention.
- Conduct root-cause analyses and recommend corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Offer support for forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for after-sales operations.
- Deliver actionable insights that enhance customer experience and reduce service costs.
Education
Your profile:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in:
- Engineering
- Economics
- Business Administration
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of vehicle parts and their functions
- Knowledge about vehicle maintenance and service procedures
- Automotive After-Sales knowledge
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong numerical and calculation skills
Languages
- English – Advanced
- French – Advanced
