Overview
Join Salesforce as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer for the Agentforce platform, delivering end-to-end agentic AI solutions for strategic customers. You will lead technical delivery, mentor engineers, and influence product and engineering roadmaps. Work closely with Deployment Strategists to translate complex challenges into deployable AI systems. Stay at the forefront of AI tooling and share learnings with the team, shaping enterprise AI deployment at scale.

Responsabilità
- Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production handoff
- Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform (agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration) with enterprise-ready integration patterns
- Manage data lifecycle (model design, processing pipelines, data readiness) across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer platforms
- Resolve blockers in data integration,



model deployment, and orchestration to maintain deployment health
- Build and maintain agent performance dashboards and KPI reporting to track outcomes
- Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs, prioritizing decisions that must be right the first time
- Codify learnings into reusable patterns and playbooks for the org
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work
- Provide technical depth on critical deployments and surface field insights to Product and Engineering
- Partner with Deployment Strategist to translate customer challenges into actionable agentic solutions

Requisiti fondamentali
- 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery with end-to-end ownership of scalable production systems in AI/cloud/SaaS
- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Expert in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; conversant in others
