ResponsabilitàCoordinate ZEB project implementation across all operational phases
Monitor progress to meet timelines and quality standards
Manage project budget and control costs and revenues
Ensure contractual alignment between Works Director and contractors
Support Administration in supplier payments and invoicing
Maintain interaction with suppliers and subcontractors
Collect documentation for regulatory compliance per standards
Communicate with client throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee project documentation and final handover/close-out
