Overview
In this role you will support the Local Partner Services team in Milan, helping accommodation partners grow their business on Booking.com through analysis, training, and enablement of tools and products. You will translate market insights into actions to boost partner performance and customer experience. The position blends relationship management with data-driven guidance, contributing to partner growth and broader platform success. This 1-year fixed-term role offers hybrid work in Milan and up to 50% travel, with opportunities to shape partner strategy and events.

Responsabilità
- Identify and contact prospective customers, building relationships to generate sales and repeat business




- Maintain strong relationships with accommodation partners through regular visits and communications
- Act on leads, partner feedback, and competitor activity to inform actions
- Translate statistics and local market knowledge into actionable steps
- Provide trainings to accommodations about the online reservation system and Booking.com tools
- Support and represent the company at partner events, webinars, and external trade fairs

Requisiti fondamentali
- Significant experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proficiency in English and Italian (spoken and written)
- Affinity or experience in e-commerce and/or hotel/travel sales
- Proactive, independent, accurate with strong analytical skills
- Team player, flexible, open to change
- Driver’s license
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
