ResponsabilitàAdvise on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations
Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas and offices on cross-border matters
Supervise and support junior team members as appropriate
Requisiti fondamentaliLaw degree with excellent academic record
Approximately 3 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A; at a leading international law firm
Fluent in English and Italian (C1)
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with multiple priorities
