Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan, is seeking a Commis De Cuisine to join our culinary team. This full-time role supports the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef at a busy hotel kitchen, working five days a week with two days off. The start date is estimated in September.
Located near Teatro alla Scala, our hotel blends Milanese heritage with modern luxury. You will prepare ingredients, test dishes, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced environment.
