ResponsabilitàTender & Requirement Analysis: assess client tender documents and requirements
Proposal Development Support: help prepare technical offers, reports, and annexes
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with internal functions to gather inputs for bidding
Requisiti fondamentaliEntry-level / minimal prior experience
Degree in Technical, Economic, or Management disciplines (preferably Engineering or Architecture)
Analytical skills to understand technical, administrative, and project docs
Excellent writing, synthesis, and content-structuring abilities
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to meet deadlines and work toward objectives
Teamwork in multidisciplinary settings
High precision, reliability, and attention to quality
Strong organizational and priority-management skills
