Prior experience in a shore-based ship management office is not required, as the successful candidate will undergo a structured onboarding, mentoring, and professional growth program.
/ppThe resource will be integrated into the company's technical department team and supported in developing the necessary skills to progressively take on the full responsibilities of a Technical Superintendent.
/ph3Requirements: /h3ulliSeafarer's experience on board Oil/Chemical Tankers in the rank of Chief Engineer, First Engineer, or Second Engineer.
/liliPossession of valid STCW certifications, fully compliant and endorsed for sea service.
