Drafting contracts related to acquisition transactions (company and share deals) and supporting negotiations
Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, reorganizations)
Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
Doctrinal and case law research activities
Requisiti fondamentaliAt least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting
Master's degree in Law with grade higher than *******
