C&B; and HR Operations Specialist | BiologicalsJob DescriptionItaly - AtessaFixed Term 15 months, extendableAbout the RoleSyngenta Biologicals is growing fast - and so is the complexity of supporting our people across a global footprint.
We're looking for a C&B; and HR Operations Specialist to join our team and play a hands-on role across Italy, India, China, Norway, and Colombia.You'll work at the heart of a business in transformation, contributing to performance cycles, compensation processes, and data analytics.
You'll also have the opportunity to participate in the LEM (Legal Entity Merge) - a hands-on, career-defining experience where you'll directly shape how people and processes are built from the ground up in our Biologicals business.What You'll DoSupport the C&B; and HR Operations workstream of the LEM, including harmonizations, process design, and operational workarounds.Lead and support the Global Performance Management Cycle - from system configuration and launch through to evaluation and variable pay calculation.Manage the Compensation Cycle end-to-end: system setup, process support, and dedicated analytics.Deliver C&B; and labour data analytics to support fair pay principles, including a focused contribution to EU Pay Transparency Directive (PTD)
compliance.Partner with HR and business stakeholders across multiple geographies and legal entities.What We're Looking ForBackground in C&B;, HR Operations, or HRIS, with at least 3–5 years of experience in compensation cycles, performance management, and data analytics.
