Your role
We are looking for a motivated and talented intern to join our Planning Product Team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the Product planning flow with a focus on development of new NPIs and different Stage & Gate of the flow, plus the monitoring of samples production in charge to the different foreign plants we have.
Main Responsibilities
- Sample Monitoring: Monitor production progress and material availability for the samples used for showroom displays and presentations, from sales representatives to sell the new collection or used for a wide range of other purposes. The candidate will work closely with international plants to monitor delivery plans, promptly elevate potential delays, and proactively drive corrective actions to ensure the timely delivery of samples.
- Planning Management:
Support the management of planning dates at various stages and gates. Interaction with product development team and others stakeholder to keep the development flow in line with the original plan and support the management and resolution of any deviations from the plans agreed with the brands.
- Analytics Management: Support the Team on weekly presentations, Planning weekly monitoring through excel analysis. New Dashboard and Database implementation support. We will ask help to identify opportunities for automating Excel files through macros or other tools, helping to reduce manual effort and improve process efficiency.
Main Requirements
- Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work with deadlines and changing priorities, as well as strong problem‑solving skills.
- Flexibility and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Analytical mindset and data‑driven approach (economic, engineering, or statistical background).
- Attention to detail and reliability
- Clear, concise, and effective communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint..
- Excellent command of English (C1 level)
- If you have experience with SAP, this would be a plus.
