ResponsabilitàAssist on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in energy and infrastructure
Contribute to project financing, M&A;, and project development activities
Draft and negotiate project contracts and related agreements
Support legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment
Participate in training and development within the team
Requisiti fondamentaliItalian Law Degree with a minimum score of *******
Recently acquired license to practice law in Italy
1–2 years of relevant experience in Project, Energy & Infrastructure in a law firm
High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession
