OverviewIn this role, you will lead ERM's EMEA rewards function, shaping the region's pay, bonus, and benefits strategy to attract, retain, and motivate diverse talent.
You'll partner with regional and global leaders to implement a coherent reward philosophy across ~20 countries, balancing business needs with compliance and market benchmarking.
You'll drive high-impact projects, including pay transparency readiness and job architecture.

ResponsabilitàLead end-to-end annual reward cycles (pay review, premio, internal equity, benchmarking)
Act as strategic rewards partner to EMEA senior leadership
Develop and deliver reward communications and education for the region
Stakeholder management across regional and global groups
Collaborate with regional and Group reward counterparts on global projects
Lead large-scale reward projects (EU Pay Transparency Directive readiness, job architecture review, global benefits transition)
Lead a small team of reward professionals
Requisiti fondamentaliSenior reward experience across multiple countries in EMEA
Deep expertise in reward frameworks, processes, and plan design
Knowledge of reward compliance topics
Strong stakeholder management skills, ideally in a matrixed environment
Very strong Excel and data analysis
Experience with Workday and familiarity with WTW's Global Grading methodology (a plus)
