OverviewIn this role you will support purchasing across departments, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with brand standards.
You work closely with the Executive Chef and F&B; leadership to source on-brand food and beverage needs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate financial records.
You will drive accuracy in invoicing, cost reporting, and end-to-end procurement processes to protect profitability.
Your contributions help sustain quality, sanitation, and timely delivery of goods in a high-volume hospitality environment.
This role offers the chance to influence procurement strategy within EDITION's distinctive luxury hospitality brand.
ResponsabilitàManage purchasing processes across departments and support budget control
Coordinate with kitchen, management, and vendors to align delivery timings with production needs
Verify invoices against deliveries and maintain inventory controls
Maintain sanitation,



safety standards, and asset security in storerooms
Assist Executive Chef with purchasing (food, beverage, controllable costs) to ensure quality and profitability
Perform period-end inventories and cost calculations for food and beverage
Prepare and provide reports and analyses to support decision making
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, brand SOPs, and financial policies
Post invoices, update costs, and manage record-keeping for financial resources
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Finance and Accounting
or minimum 2 years' experience in Purchasing or a related field
