The role involves providing specialized support to adolescents experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors, including crisis intervention and long-term care coordination.
The position requires expertise in adolescent mental health and evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Conduct risk assessments for adolescents presenting with suicidal ideation or self-harm behaviors.
/pp• Develop and implement individualized safety plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and family members.
/pp• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques to adolescents in distress.
/pp• Coordinate care with schools, community organizations, and mental health professionals.
/pp• Document all interactions and maintain compliance with privacy and ethical guidelines.
