OverviewIn this role you own Consumer Payments within the Features & Payment domain, spanning cards, SEPA transfers, QR payments and more, building products used by millions.
You frame problems from user evidence and market signals, drive strategy from concept to launch, and scale live products with a focus on adoption, reliability and value.
You'll own the user-facing payments experience and ensure regulatory-aligned, transparent experiences.
Collaborate across teams to ship well-documented, cross-functional solutions that meet PSD2, SCA and AML requirements.

ResponsabilitàFrame and validate problems using user evidence, data, market signals and regulatory insight
Lead strategy and execution for new payment products from concept to launch
Scale live products post-launch to drive adoption, coverage and reliability
Own the consumer-facing UX of payments ensuring intuitive and transparent experiences
Write clear product requirements for Engineering and stakeholders
Align cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, Legal, FinCrime)
to a shared vision
Manage external relationships with card schemes, issuing processors and payment providers
Analyze usage and performance metrics to optimize features and identify opportunities
Promote thorough documentation and efficient workflows to enable smooth delivery
Requisiti fondamentali3+ years as a Product Manager in payments, banking or fintech
Proven track record shipping products from scratch and scaling them
Deep experience with at least one payment rail (card issuing, SEPA transfers or account-to-account)
Strong understanding of payment economics and ability to build a business case
Comfort working in regulated environments (PSD2, SCA, AML) and partnering with Compliance/Law/Fraud
Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
