/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pp• Lead and manage teams of 20+ Python, JavaScript, Java, and other language developers to execute technical tasks effectively.
/pp• Collaborate closely with researcher clients to ensure satisfaction with delivered work.
/pp• Maintain rigorous review processes to ensure the highest quality of datasets.
/pp• Oversee project transitions from initiation to stable states, taking full responsibility for delivery.
/pp• Identify and implement measures to enhance the quality of code within the team.
/ppbr/ppbRequired Skills Qualifications: /b /pp• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an engineering management role.
/pp• Proven experience managing large technical teams in a delivery-oriented role.
/pp• Experience with Python or Java and JavaScript.
/pp• Demonstrated ability to engage in hands-on technical work, identifying and resolving quality issues.
/pp• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on motivating teams.
