/liliDeliver high-quality management reporting and performance analysis.
/liliAnalyse KPIs, profitability, cash flow and key business trends.
/liliProvide clear financial insight and recommendations to senior leadership.
/liliPartner with commercial and operational teams to support business decisions.
/liliIdentify risks, opportunities and performance gaps against plan.
/liliDevelop financial models, scenario analysis and business cases.
/liliSupport strategic initiatives, transformation projects and value-creation plans.
/liliImprove FPA processes, reporting tools and financial visibility across the business.
/liliHelp drive a high-performance, commercially focused finance culture.
/li /ulpbr/ppbCandidate Profile /b /pulliStrong background in bFPA, controlling or commercial finance /b.
/liliExperience within a bprivate equity-backed, high-growth or fast-changing environment /b highly desirable.
/liliStrong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
/liliCommercially minded, analytical and comfortable challenging the business.
/liliAble to operate with pace, autonomy and a high level of ownership.
/liliStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
/liliExperience working across multiple functions and/or international markets.
/liliAdvanced Excel and strong financial systems experience.
/liliFluent English required; Italian highly advantageous.
/liliBased in, or open to relocating to, bNorthern Italy /b.
