OverviewAs Junior Business Controller you will support regional financial planning and analysis to enable informed decision-making.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide accurate P&L;, sales by country/brand/models, and budget forecasts.
The role focuses on delivering insights, driving corrective actions to hit targets, and supporting strategic reviews within a global luxury brand.

ResponsabilitàDeliver Net Sales analysis by country, brands and business models to inform decisions
Prepare and maintain Profit & Loss by business responsibility
Conduct in-depth analyses for designated area and report variances vs year, budget, and forecast
Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting for assigned area
Participate in business reviews with the Head of Region
Identify and implement corrective actions to achieve performance targets
Requisiti fondamentali3-4 years of experience in a similar role within an international and structured company
Fluent English
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint user
Ability to design and measure KPIs, focused on P&L;
Strong business planning skills and budgeting/forecasting proficiency
Goal-driven with a track record of meeting deadlines
