Role: HR Operations Generalist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an English Speaking Generalist to work on a full-time basis.
The role involves handling general support tasks and communications for a global platform.
Tasks include assisting users with onboarding, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clear and concise English language support to users via chat, email, or other communication channels.
Assist users with account setup, verification, and general platform navigation.
Troubleshoot and resolve common issues related to user accounts, transactions, or technical difficulties.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and user feedback in the designated system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex user issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Prior experience in customer support, generalist support,
or administrative roles is preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and communication tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
