We are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our DaV Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.
He/She will reports a Restaurant Manager
Fullfil the operations of the Food & Beverage on DaV Restaurant - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures;
Take care of the mise en place;
Support the Chef de Rang with service;
Clean and set-up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service;
Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service.
Manage own emotions in challenging situations;
Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.
Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
Fluent in Italian and basic level of English;
Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred;
Previous professional experience in a similar role, also with school internships;

We offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.Settore Turismo - Level 5, Commis de Rang;
September 2026 to End date: December 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido Mare and a career path;
Salary as by CCNL + increase based on seniorirty and skill level, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR;
Accomodation in double room our staff house including breakfast;
