ppOn behalf of an important Cosmetics Company we are looking for a: /p h3Financial Business Controller /h3 pReporting directly to the CFO, your mission will be to support financial planning and controlling activities, ensuring accurate reporting, business analysis, and cross-functional support to drive company performance and efficiency.
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage monthly and annual closing activities, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
/li liPrepare and improve management reporting and profitability analyses to support business decisions.
/li liPerform variance analyses and ad hoc financial analyses, providing actionable recommendations.
/li liSupport financial evaluation of investments and cost optimization initiatives.
/li liDevelop and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in collaboration with Headquarters.
/li liParticipate in process improvement and system development projects, including AI-related tools.
/li liSupport cost controlling activities with focus on GA, logistics, and CAPEX.
/li liPartner with internal departments, including Sales, on budgeting, forecasting, and customer-related analyses.
/li liPrepare KPI reporting and performance analyses,
including PL and customer profitability analysis.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Controlling, preferably within FMCG or consumer goods companies.
/li liStrong analytical skills and solid understanding of financial and business processes.
/li liStructured, reliable, and autonomous working style with strong team spirit.
/li liAbility to manage priorities and work under deadlines.
/li liHands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
/li liVery good knowledge of SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools is considered a plus.
/li liFluent English, both written and spoken.
