ResponsabilitàPerform valuation analyses for private and public clients
Understand the client's business model and strategy
Interview clients to gather engagement data
Analyze financial statements and business plans
Select and apply appropriate valuation approaches
Prepare and present valuation results clearly and persuasively
Supervise and mentor junior staff on analyses and reports
Build client relationships and act as primary contact
Draft proposals, presentations and publications for clients
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Finance
Master in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or MBA (optional)
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn new tasks and industries quickly
Demonstrated leadership and integrity
